A dream of a Cottage by the sea is now a reality
Mandy Irvine is a director in business, single mum, avid All Blacks supporter, and has been featured via video on our website for a couple of years.
For those who attended our #WellHeeledWomen event last year, you may also remember Mandy, who entertained us with her kiwi humour and stories of her dream of owning a cottage by the sea.

Mandy was determined to reach her goals and, as a single Mum, had to work doubly hard to make them become a reality. That doesn’t mean that when we put together her plan we needed to be more aggressive or risky. It was all about Mandy consistently spending less than she was earning and putting the balance into quality assets (with an occasional holiday thrown in for good measure). At various stages we had to be there to support her, and keep her on track, and all the while with her dream of owning a cottage by the sea as the ultimate goal.
We are really happy to announce, that Mandy’s dream of a cottage by the sea is now a reality. Dreams come in all shapes and sizes, and this one just happens to be the size of a “cottage by the sea. Mandy had been working hard to make her dream become a reality, and we couldn’t be more proud of her.
We wanted to share this story with you, as it’s so motivating and empowering to see our clients kicking goals and living their dreams.
Who knew that a financial plan could lead you to a cottage by the sea? It worked for Mandy, and it can work for you, so now it’s your turn to dream big!
A note from Mandy Irvine…”Shout out to the fabulous team at Evalesco …I have just signed the contract on my ‘cottage by the sea’ – which couldn’t have been done without the hard work by Jules and Kristi who worked wonders (at short notice) with my loans, and supporting me through the process…making it so smooth and low stress. Marshall has always been there to keep me on track with my plan so I could reach this goal – can’t thank the whole team enough!”
