Lisa Faferko

I have spent over 15 years of my career working in the Australian Financial Services licencing space in roles focused on, optimising processes, managing risk, and ensuring AFSLs operate effectively while meeting all regulatory obligations.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong passion for process optimisation and business efficiency, helping financial services businesses operate more effectively. I am also deeply committed to mentoring and developing advisers and support staff, which has led me to lead Professional Year education programs and spearhead initiatives to train and support young professionals entering the industry. My focus is on equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed for long-term success in financial services.

At Evalesco, my role includes:

AFSL Management – I oversee the strategic and day-to-day management of the AFSL, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements, risk mitigation strategies, and operational best practices to ensure regulatory requirements are met and the business operates smoothly.
Client Services & Operations – Leading the client services team, building and implementing process automation, and leveraging technology to drive efficiency, improve adviser support, and enhance business scalability. While fostering a fun collaborate culture within the team and working with each individual to ensure they can be the best they can be.
