On 1 April 2025 we commenced operating under the Australian Financial Services Licence of The Principal Edge Pty Ltd.
After a very successful 8 years with Australian Advice Network, the acquisition of the Principal Edge business late last year lead us to the logical merging of the licencing needs of Evalesco and Principal Edge.
Whilst being very important, a licence operates in the background from a client perspective. As such, we don’t foresee any material changes for you in your dealings with Evalesco, in the short term. In fact, we are actively working to minimise any disruption to you during the transition.
Over the medium to long term, we are excited about the opportunities to improve our advice offering to you by building on the scale and expertise of the combined businesses.
Principal Edge has been providing quality financial advice in Double Bay for 38 years. It consists of a very loyal team and client base. There is an abundance of experience and excellent processes around the running of the licence and these will be enhanced by the addition of the Evalesco team.
